Representation of Data Input Sheet for a Flow Systems approach to managing health.

This is one version of a data sheet which is structured to manage a flow of specific information that speaks volumes to the underlying causes of all ill structures that people experience. 

In the hands of a clinician that can decipher the "flow system" code, this little sheet reflects one of the most powerful tools they can own. And when we say "own" we mean it in the sense that they can have the knowledge in their head and they don't have to rely on a computer or third party interface for the interpretation.

This is not a diagnostic tool, it is an information management tool for deeper
understanding of physiology and biochemistry.

In the hands of an allopathic medical doctor, it sharpens their biochemistry learning from college days and engenders critical thinking to apply the most effective prescriptions/remedies to assist their patients in non-emergency situations.

In the hands of a naturopathic doctor, it does the same thing.

Each will use the tools they have at their disposal, but with the insights provided through
